This figure is part of the second wave of the “Batman – The Animated Series” collection, produced by toymaker KENNER during the 1990s.
This collection of figures is based on the characters of the animated series with the same name. It was distributed in several countries, and some figures were reedited, so it is not uncommon to find them with some differences in the cardboard.
Robin, is primarily portrayed by Dick Grayson, Batman’s first and most iconic sidekick. Dick is a young acrobat who, after the tragic death of his parents during a circus act, is adopted by Bruce Wayne.
Under Bruce’s tutelage, Dick trains in combat, detective skills and other skills needed to become Robin, the young vigilante who fights crime alongside Batman.
