Metalhead is a robot created by the evil Krang to destroy the turtles, was reprogrammed by Donatello to turn it into a great ally for these.
There are no known variants of this figure, although there are some reissues with different cardbacks.
Years later another version came out called Warrior Metalhead Michaelangelo that uses the same figure mold, changing the colors to metallic tones, it could be considered a variant if it were not for the fact that it has a different name.
